Cynthia Easter-Ward
Cynthia Easter-Ward graduated from DePaul University in 2003 with a Masters of Science Degree in Public Service Management. She has a Masters Certificate in Project Management and a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Communications from Roosevelt University. Cynthia is the founder of Ward House Supportive Services, Inc., a 501©(3) organization that provide housing and social services for homeless and indigent individuals.
