Tuition is $16,500 for the complete two-year Spertus Institute MAJPS Program

With the generous support of an outside donor, Spertus Institute for Jewish Learning and Leadership is, in specific cases, able to provide scholarships — called Midcareer Fellowships — to qualified students beginning the MAJPS program this fall. Fellows receive a tuition reduction of 45% bringing the cost of the entire program to just over $9,000. The full cost of the two-year-long program is $16,500. Midcareer Fellows will receive a tuition reduction of 45% ($7,425) bringing the cost of the entire program to just over $9,000. Student Loans

Student Loan Deferments
MAJPS students may submit an in-school deferment form, thus placing their current loans into a grace period and deferring payments until completion of the program.

Tuition and fees paid out-of-pocket (ie: not covered by Scholarships, Fellowships, or Student Loans) for accredited higher education (like the graduate and certificate programs at Spertus Institute) may qualify for a deduction of up to $4,000 on your federal taxes, depending on your income.
