This event took place at the Bernard Horwich JCC


Guests joined Chef Laura Frankel for a pre-Passover cooking demonstration chock full of recipes, tips, chef's secrets, and favorite ingredients—all designed to make this Passover deliciously different from all others.

Following the program, Chef Laura signed copies of her cookbooks, Jewish Cooking for All Seasons and Jewish Slow Cooker Recipes, available for purchase from the Spertus Shop.

Chef Laura Frankel is Executive Chef for Spertus Kosher Catering. She’s the author of the Chosen Bites column in the Jerusalem Post and is a passionate teacher. She’s made it her creative mission to reimagine and revitalize the diverse and delicious traditions of Jewish cooking.
