Thursday, October 3, 2013 7:00 pm

Guests joined Spertus Institute and Chicago’s own Mike Leiderman for a RARE ON-STAGE DISCUSSION with the very talented and funny Peter Gethers and Daniel Okrent, co-writers/co-producers of Old Jews Telling Jokes, the off-Broadway hit now open in Chicago at the Royal George Theatre.

Attendees learned how the idea for was hatched and how the Internet sensation was then adapted for the stage.

author, and, as the president of Random House Studio, a film and  television producer. He is the author of the bestselling non-fiction trilogy The Cat Who Went to Paris, A Cat Abroad and The Cat Who'll Live Forever. His new novel is Ask Bob.

Mike LeidermanMike Leiderman is a Chicago journalist, producer, and host. He has been a sports anchor at NBC5 and executive producer at WTTW11 and FOX-Chicago.
