Learn to channel the compelling power of visuals to banish stale, ineffective meetings.

Typical meeting formats can be dull, time consuming, and ineffective. Yet you need meetings in order to build united teams and consistent strategy.

In recent years, the benefit of visual communication has emerged through deeper understanding of brain function and learning styles, leading to new ways to engage meeting participants.

Taught by Shirley Maeir, an expert in Group Facilitation and Organizational Development, this hands-on seminar will introduce you to fun, accessible ways to leverage the power of visuals — so you can immediately lead more creative, engaging, productive meetings.

Shirley Maeir is a seasoned team leader who approaches human resources with a commitment to customer service, strong interpersonal skills, strategic problem solving, consultative approach and sound business orientation. She is the founder/director of Realize Your Best Work, a consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations and employees know and achieve their very best.

The Spertus Approach — Spertus Institute cultivates an atmosphere of lively discourse. We often hear from students and participants that their Spertus experiences are inspiring and transformative. That is by design, and it results in meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth.
