New Texts and Enduring Debates
Sunday, May 4
Poet Joy Ladin and DePaul University professor Eric Selinger explored Holocaust poetry, including Ladin’s own remarkable work, The Book of Anna, a collection of narrative poems and diary entries written in the voice of a fictional Czech-German Jewish concentration camp survivor.
An open discussion and booksigning followed.
Made possible with support from the Bernard and
Rochelle Zell Center for Holocaust Studies at Spertus.
