The events of the last 18 months have challenged our operating models, tested our people, and tapped our resilience. Leaders need to lean into this review/renew lifecycle moment, aligning their key stakeholders, and laying the groundwork for strategy. Visioning can help you successfully navigate challenging times, setting yourself or your organizations up for success. In this session, create a strategic visioning toolkit and take steps toward implementation.
Stefan Teodosic is the founder of Maverick Soul Consulting. In a career dedicated to transforming nonprofits and the individuals who power them, he has served as Executive Director of Beber Camp, Perlman Camp, and the Perlman Retreat Center, and as co-founder of the Association of Independent Jewish Camps. He is a Moishe House board member and a member of the Jewish United Fund's Jewish Education Committee.
