Jewish Community Networking Night

Jewish Community Networking Night

Wednesday, April 5, 2017 - 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Thanks to the generosity of the Crown Family and our sponsors, this event was free.

Do you work in, for, or with a Jewish organization?
Jewish Community Networking Night is for you!

Every year, Spertus Institute hosts a gathering for the professionals and volunteers who serve Jewish Chicago. The evening is an opportunity to network with colleagues from other organizations, celebrate successes, and learn new ways to help your organization excel.

This year, the evening’s speaker was Alexandra Levit, former career columnist for the Wall Street Journal. She will share her considerable expertise on creating effective intergenerational teams, perfect for all of us who juggle the expectations of baby boomers, millennials, and generations x, y, and z.

Alexandra Levit is a member of the executive leadership team at PeopleResults and president of Inspiration at Work, a business and workplace consulting firm.

You deserve some downtime! We recognize that no matter how you serve Jewish Chicago — be it as a professional, educator, trustee, hands-on volunteer, or some other critical role — you dedicate time, devotion, and energy. To thank the attendees who came, we raffled off a two-night weekend stay at the extraordinary Renaissance Blackstone Hotel (our generous neighbor) plus dinner for two at Mercat a la Planxa, named one of the best tapas restaurants in the US by Travel + Leisure.* Must be present to win.
