Peoplehood
Spertus Institute has added a new course to our graduate curriculum: Jewish Peoplehood, taught by Dr. Shlomi Ravid and Dr. Ezra Kopelowitz. Spertus is a pioneer in bringing this subject to Jewish professionals working in the field.

Creating impactful online educational experiences
In spite of the pandemic's weighty challenges, we are fortunate to live in a time when we can deliver impactful education remotely. Since the crisis began, more than 2,500 participants have taken advantage of Spertus programs online.
New Discoveries for Spertus Students
With Dr. Ben Outhwaite of Cambridge University, Spertus students will explore some of the Cairo Genizah’s most remarkable texts and uncover what they tell us about Jewish history and the cultural dynamics of medieval Cairo.
Certificate in Jewish Leadership
Applications are now being accepted for the Certificate in Jewish Leadership, presented by Spertus Institute in partnership with Northwestern University. Due to high demand, two cohorts will begin in 2021, with a choice of formats.
