Aleen Bayard

Aleen Bayard

Aleen Bayard is the founder of Aleen Bayard: Transformative Consulting, a business optimization and strategic marketing consulting firm, as well as a sister practice, Footprint Partners, that addresses leadership and change management in the context of social responsibility and sustainability. Prior to founding her consulting companies, she held positions including Vice President at Ketchum, Deputy Public Relations Director for Global Media at A.T. Kearney, Director of Marketing at U.S. Equities, and a reporter for Crain's Chicago Business and the Chicago Tribune.

In addition to teaching for Spertus Institute's Certificate in Jewish Leadership, she teaches for Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and is on faculty at the Northwestern School of Professional Studies. She is also active in a number of organizations and currently serves on the boards of the Stanford Club of Chicago and the Rivendell Theater Ensemble.
