Alyssa Dickman is the Faculty Chair of Spertus Institute's Center for Jewish Leadership. She has more than twenty years of experience in the areas of talent development and professional leadership development.
Ms Dickman worked at Slalom Consulting in their Organizational Effectiveness Practice before starting her own coaching and consulting business. She is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited coach and hosts a podcast on the art and science of leadership. She is certified in an array of individual development tools including MBTI Type Indicator, Hogan Leadership Assessment Series, and DISC communication styles.
In addition to her role at Spertus and her work as a coach and consultant, Dickman teaches for Northwestern's School of Professional Studies.
