Camille Baxter is a marketing, communications, and business development professional with more than 30 years of experience in business and the healthcare sectors. She is a member of the adjunct faculty of the University of Illinois at Chicago where she teaches healthcare marketing at the graduate and executive levels.
As the Chief Business Development Officer at Insight Medical Genetics, a genetic medicine practice headquartered in Chicago, she leads marketing and sales initiatives to drive company growth. Prior to joining Insight, she led marketing and strategic communications for UI Health, the academic medical center at University of Illinois Chicago. In that role, she was responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy to drive increased awareness and utilization of the inpatient and outpatient facilities through a broad range of marketing execution strategies. Her roles and experiences have built her repertoire in market research and analysis, campaign development, branding, digital marketing, and community relations. Previous experience includes roles at American Express, Citigroup Diners Club, Xerox Corporation, as well as leading her own consulting firm, Impact Coaching and Consulting.
Ms. Baxter presents at conferences and seminars around the country on topics including marketing, branding, mass communications, and interpersonal communication skills.
