Russ Rogers is an organizational behavior specialist and executive coach. He is also Professor Emeritus (adult learning & organizational behavior) at DePaul University in Chicago. In both his research focus and his consulting practice, Dr. Rogers specializes in organizational behavior, organizational systems design, organization development/OD, change management, human performance engineering, and leadership/executive effectiveness.
