Small organizations are critical to building a dynamic and inclusive Jewish community — yet they face unique institutional challenges. That’s why this professional development series is designed to address the important challenges faced by the multiple-hat-wearing staff of smaller organizations. Brought to you through a partnership between SketchPad and Spertus Institute’s Center for Jewish Leadership.

Participants will learn to:

  • Develop and advance their institutional culture
  • Increase the efficiency of their teams
  • Spend more time doing the things they love

In three engaging, interactive sessions, let Dr. Gail Berger give you the tools to foster workplace happiness and build high engagement — for individuals, teams, and throughout your organization.
